آموزش LPIC 3 برای مدیریت لینوکس در سطح سازمانی طراحی شده و بالاترین سطح حرفه ای مدارک موسسه LPI می باشد. این دوره به سه حوزه Mixed Environment,Security,Virtualization & High Availability تقسیم شده است. با گذراندن هر یک از سه حوزه فوق ، مدرک LPIC 3 در همان حوزه اعطا خواهد شد، یعنی نیازی به گذراندن هر سه آنها نیست.
